Refund policy

We want every Martin Duval customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason your order doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange or refund.

 

 

Returns

If you received the wrong item or your watch arrived damaged, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order — free of charge.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
Instead, contact our support team at support@martinduval.com to initiate the return process.

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same model, contact us at support@martinduval.com

 

 

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t sent directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.
